Variable feed drive by inverter with soft entry control

The feed drive is controlled via a inverter and magic eyes allowing the slow entry of the timber into the blade for the first 50mm then ramping up to your selected cutting feed speed, Thus saving the strain put on to the blade at the start of the cut.

Digital fence with motorised movement

Key in your desired width and the fence will then automatically move and lock into position.

Hydraulic blade tension

Just turn the switch to engage the Hydraulic blade tensioner  and the system will give the correct tension to the blade
