The Casadei ALA 20 Plus edgebander is for the high level craftsman, controlled by PLC, the compact size, precision machining and sturdiness are some the the machines main features

Teflon coated glue pot with quick heating system for rapid and easy glue
replacement.
Glue spreading roller with internal resistance to maintain a constant glue
temperature.
Digital thermostat to control the temperature of the glue applied.
Device for automatic recovery of unused glue.
Automatic edge loading system for coil edging with shear device for
edging up to 3 mm thick.
Coil holder plate, 730 mm diameter.
Two edge pressure rollers.
Entry fence adjustment depending on edging thickness. Adjustments are
shown on numerical readout.

Top and bottom trimming unit is equipped with vertical and horizontal copying pad devices for perfect tool alignment.

Edge Scraping unit allows the finishing of 2 mm PVC/ABS edging.  3mm available upon request
