Multico NFS Ripsaw Table saw bench
The Multico NFS Ripsaw is a robustly built table saw that would suit most small to medium size workshops. It is powerful, accurate, reliable and simple to operate. The Multico range of saws were designed to offer outstanding value for money. The strength is in the construction, precision engineering, and use of only the best quality components.
Construction
A cast iron table mounted on a heavy duty steel cabinet provides maximum timber support. The stable and accurate base for anchoring the spindle and the rise and fall mechanism. The spindle shaft is powered by a 4Kw (5.5hp) motor via two drive belts. Another key point is the large diameter saw flanges that ensure blade stability. Running ‘sealed for life’ bearings mounted in a cast iron housing, means only minimal maintenance is required.
A conveniently positioned hand wheel at the front of the machine controls the rise and fall of the saw blade.
Versatility
The solid steel rip fence tilts from 90° through to 45°, allowing for two working positions, ripping and angled ripping. It is fixed to a heavy duty cast iron mounting bracket for rigidity. The assembly runs on a solid steel section bar.
Safety
The machine is equipped with a DC braking system and the blade is covered by a riving knife mounted crown guard.
